Product Details

• Brand/Manufacturer: The barcode suggests it is likely produced by Svenska Cornichons AB (or a related Swedish brand), a well-known manufacturer of pickles in Sweden. The packaging often features a distinctive yellow-and-black label.
• Product Type: A mixed sweet-and-sour cornichon (cornichons are small, firm cucumbers pickled in a vinegar brine with sugar, spices, and sometimes herbs like dill or mustard seeds). The "söt & sur" (sweet & sour) flavor profile is typical of Swedish-style pickles, which are less tart than traditional French cornichons.
• Packaging: Typically sold in glass jars (commonly 250–500g) or plastic tubs, often with a yellow label and black text. The product may include additional ingredients like garlic, chives, or mustard seeds for flavor.
• Allergens: Common allergens in pickles include mustard, celery, and sometimes sulfites (if preservatives are used). Always check the label for allergen warnings (e.g., "contains mustard seeds" or "may contain traces of nuts if processed in shared facilities").
